10 Best habits for a better day




1_Drink 3 liters of water every day:

One of the best daily habits to adopt is staying hydrated. So many of us don’t drink enough water a day, and water keeps you happy, keeps your brain sharp, and keeps you performing at your best. Make drinking water the first you do every day – and drink plenty throughout the day!


2_Wake up 4:00 am:

Be a big fan of waking at 4 am. and spending time working on yourself before going to work. try to start with a cold shower it helps a lot.


3_Have a healthy breakfast:

As you build a productive life your ability to stay focused and have energy becomes very important. What you eat has a huge effect on how you feel. If you eat right you can avoid energy crashes, fight off sickness, and generally just feel ‘good’.


4_Do some sports or run 30 minutes:

when I had the goal of exercising 4 times a week I found it was very easy to tell me I will exercise tomorrow instead. Setting the daily exercise expectation removed this as a potential excuse, and I have since reaped the benefits of this daily habit.


5_Meditate:

We all know it is a good thing but still we unable to continue it for a longer period. Most people do this only for 1–2 days then come back to their original routine. I'm suggesting you give some time for meditation, no matter how busy you are. You can still have some minutes left with you. So do meditation every day. Start meditation with only 5 mins a day and later you can increase the time.


6_Be grateful for what you have:

Don’t forget to be thankful to those around you who support you and make you happy. Be sure to thank them in little ways that make them feel special and appreciated and that feeling will also resonate within.


7_Change what you can.  Accept what you can not:

There is a prayer, often linked with Alcoholic’s Anonymous (AA), called the serenity prayer, which reads: “...grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference.” The words are repeated regularly in meetings and the concept helps those in recovery live day to day with uncertainty, never knowing if today might be the day they relapse.  This strategy seems to be skills we can all benefit from learning and honing.


8-Smile, smile, and grateful for what you have:

When you smile, your brain releases tiny molecules called neuropeptides to help fight off stress. Then other neurotransmitters like dopamine, serotonin, and endorphins come into play too. The endorphins act as a mild pain reliever, whereas serotonin is an antidepressant.

9-Give, give and give “ whatever you hand it out, you get it back “ so give:

This sounds cheesy, but try to make someone’s day, every day—and not only for their benefit. kindness actually has numerous health benefits. Plus, who doesn’t like helping someone? It puts a smile on everyone’s face!


10-Deep work:

Deep work will make you better at what you do and provide the sense of true fulfillment that comes from craftsmanship. In short, deep work is like a superpower in our increasingly competitive twenty-first-century economy. And yet, most people have lost the ability to go deep—spending their days instead in a frantic blur of e-mail and social media, not even realizing there’s a better way.
